* WHAT...Flooding caused by high water and heavy ice runs
overwhelming various outlet channels and causing intermittent
jamming continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Nunam Iqua and Kotlik.
* WHEN...Through late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...High water may result in flooding of rivers, creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- For Nunam Iqua: As of 2 PM Monday, River Watch observed a
partial jam near the South Mouth. Ice was primarily flowing
through the Casey Channel. Another 20 to 30 miles of heavy
ice and high water is expected to make water levels rise
through Monday night into Tuesday. Residents should take
precautions and continue to monitor the situation.
