AREAS AFFECTED : WESTERN MOJAVE DESERT

* WHAT...Southwest-to-west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 
mph expected. 
 
* WHERE...Western Mojave Desert. 
 
* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. 
Pockets of blowing dust may impact motorists on Interstate 15, 
Interstate 40, and Highway 58.
