* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. 
 
* WHERE...Great Salt Lake Desert and Mountains. 
 
* WHEN...From noon today to midnight MDT tonight. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few 
power outages may result. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust may reduce visibility.
