AREAS AFFECTED : KENT; QUEEN ANNE'S; TALBOT

* WHAT...Heat index values up to 106. 
 
* WHERE...Kent MD, Queen Annes, and Talbot Counties. 
 
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. 
 
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat 
illnesses. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Thursday will be hot but not as hot as the 
past couple days have been. For this reason the Extreme Heat 
Warning will be allowed to expire with a Heat Advisory now in 
effect through Thursday.
