AREAS AFFECTED : SOUTHEASTERN ELKO COUNTY; RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE; WHITE PINE COUNTY; SOUTH CENTRAL ELKO COUNTY

* WHAT...For the first Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph 
with gusts up to 50 mph. For the second Wind Advisory, south winds 
20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. 
 
* WHERE...White Pine, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in 
Elko, South Central Elko, and Southeastern Elko Counties. 
 
* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. 
For the second Wind Advisory, from 7 AM to 8 PM PDT Wednesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
