expected. 
 
* WHERE...De Witt, Fayette, and Lavaca Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
plumbing. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Confidence is higher for areas in the 
northern parts of each county to see sub freezing temperatures.
