* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Wood River near Alda.
* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, The left bank overflows, and water floods
lowlands and country roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rapidly rise above flood stage
early this morning, cresting around 11.4 feet after sunrise.
It is then forecast to gradually fall below flood stage by
late this evening but then perhaps remain near-bankfull into
sometime Friday.
- Minor Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
