* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph 
expected. 
 
* WHERE...In New York, Western Essex County. In Vermont, Orleans and 
Lamoille Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Sunday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected between 11 PM 
this evening and 6 AM Sunday morning.
