* WHAT...Sustained south to southwest winds 20 to 35 mph, with gusts 
near 50 mph expected. 
 
* WHERE...White Pine, Northeastern Nye, and Northwestern Nye 
Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM PDT this evening. 
 
* IMPACTS...Blowing dust will reduce visibilities at times. Travel 
will be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
