AREAS AFFECTED : INLAND SUSSEX; DELAWARE BEACHES; MIDDLESEX; WESTERN MONMOUTH; EASTERN MONMOUTH; OCEAN; ATLANTIC; CAPE MAY; ATLANTIC COASTAL CAPE MAY; COASTAL ATLANTIC; COASTAL OCEAN; SOUTHEASTERN BURLINGTON

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected 
in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. 
 
* WHERE...Coastal New Jersey and Delaware. 
 
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM EDT Friday. 
 
* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable 
roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal 
waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Onshore flow and the recent Full Moon will 
create conditions favorable for higher waters levels. It 
appears that the higher water will only last for one tide cycle 
however.
