AREAS AFFECTED : ATLANTIC WATERS OF PUERTO RICO AND USVI FROM 10 NM TO 19.5N; COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM; MONA PASSAGE SOUTHWARD TO 17N; COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHWESTERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM

At 105 PM AST, Doppler radar and satellite imagery indicated 
isolated thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 
knots, and sudden waterspouts. These thunderstorms were located 
over the Atlantic coastal waters and western waters of Puerto Rico, 
moving west at 10 knots. Additional thunderstorms are expected to 
develop across these waters and the offshore Atlantic waters 
through the rest of the afternoon hours.
